Ingredients
- • 1.5 cups black-eyed or cowpea beans, soaked
- • 2 cups long-grain rice
- • Handful dried sorghum (waakye) leaves or 1 tsp baking soda
- • 1 tsp salt
- • Water to cover
- • To serve: shito, fried plantain, gari, boiled egg, stew
