  • Parsley, garlic, scotch bonnet (rof stuffing)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Carrot, cabbage, cassava, eggplant, okra
  • Tamarind paste
  • Néré (yet/guedj) optional
  • Oil, salt, pepper
