- • 1 pack shirataki
- • 1 block tofu, cubed
- • Napa cabbage
- • Shiitake, enoki
- • 1/2 cup soy sauce
- • 1/2 cup mirin
- • 1/4 cup sake
- • 3 tbsp sugar
- • 4 raw eggs
