  • 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 1 pack shirataki
  • 1 block tofu, cubed
  • Napa cabbage
  • Shiitake, enoki
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 raw eggs
