Ingredients

  • 2 entrecôte steaks (250g each)
  • 800g Bintje or Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Neutral oil for frying
  • Butter, shallot
  • Cognac or red wine
  • Beef stock, Dijon, cracked pepper
  • Salt, parsley
