- • 1kg floury potatoes, peeled and cubed
- • 500g curly kale, finely shredded
- • 100ml whole milk, warm
- • 50g butter, plus extra to serve
- • 4 rookworst (Dutch smoked sausages)
- • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, mustard
