Ingredients

  • 1kg floury potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 500g curly kale, finely shredded
  • 100ml whole milk, warm
  • 50g butter, plus extra to serve
  • 4 rookworst (Dutch smoked sausages)
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, mustard
