- • 300g beef chunks
- • 200g smoked fish
- • 3 tbsp red palm oil
- • 1 onion
- • 1 tbsp ground crayfish
- • 1 scotch bonnet
- • 1 tbsp néré (locust bean)
- • White rice to serve
- • Salt
