  • 500g fresh okra, chopped
  • 300g beef chunks
  • 200g smoked fish
  • 3 tbsp red palm oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp ground crayfish
  • 1 scotch bonnet
  • 1 tbsp néré (locust bean)
  • White rice to serve
  • Salt
