- • 80g vermicelli, soaked
- • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- • 1 carrot, grated
- • 2 spring onions
- • 2 garlic cloves
- • 1 tbsp soy sauce
- • Oil for deep-frying
- • Kaani or nuoc-cham dip
