Ingredients

  • 1 cup millet flour (thiacri or fine couscous)
  • 500 ml water
  • 500 ml soured milk or yogurt
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch salt
  • Peanut or baobab sauce to drizzle
