  • 1 large jar whole sour cabbage leaves
  • 700g minced pork (mix shoulder and belly)
  • 150g short-grain rice, rinsed
  • 1 onion, 2 tbsp tomato paste, smoked paprika, dill, thyme
  • 200g smoked bacon, sliced; 500g sauerkraut
  • Sour cream and mămăligă to serve
