- • 700g minced pork (mix shoulder and belly)
- • 150g short-grain rice, rinsed
- • 1 onion, 2 tbsp tomato paste, smoked paprika, dill, thyme
- • 200g smoked bacon, sliced; 500g sauerkraut
- • Sour cream and mămăligă to serve
