- • 4 eggs, soft-boiled
- • 200g green beans, blanched
- • 4 ripe tomatoes
- • Niçoise olives, anchovy fillets
- • Small potatoes (optional), red onion
- • Olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon, basil
