  • 4 eggs, soft-boiled
  • 200g green beans, blanched
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • Niçoise olives, anchovy fillets
  • Small potatoes (optional), red onion
  • Olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon, basil
