  • 200g shrimp, peeled
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tbsp tamarind paste, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp palm sugar
  • 1 cup bean sprouts, garlic chives
  • Crushed peanuts, lime wedges
