- • 500g ndolé (bitter) leaves, washed in salt
- • 1 cup raw peanuts, ground
- • 400g beef
- • 200g smoked fish or shrimp
- • 2 onions
- • Garlic, ginger
- • Crayfish powder
- • Palm or vegetable oil
