  • 500g ndolé (bitter) leaves, washed in salt
  • 1 cup raw peanuts, ground
  • 400g beef
  • 200g smoked fish or shrimp
  • 2 onions
  • Garlic, ginger
  • Crayfish powder
  • Palm or vegetable oil
