  • 30g sugar
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 5g salt
  • 1 egg
  • 150ml warm milk
  • 30g butter
  • Cookie: 50g butter, 60g sugar, 1 egg yolk, 130g cake flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, extra sugar
