  • 600g salmon fillet, chunked
  • 1.5L dashi
  • 5 tbsp red miso
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 1 daikon piece
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 block tofu
  • Napa cabbage
  • Butter (traditional finish)
