  • 2 unagi fillets, pre-grilled
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 2 cups short-grain rice, cooked
  • Nori, wasabi, spring onion
  • Hot dashi
