- • 80g cornstarch
- • 2 tbsp soy sauce
- • Oil for frying
- • 3 tbsp ginger, julienned
- • 4 cloves garlic
- • 1 red chili
- • 4 tbsp soy sauce
- • 4 tbsp sugar
- • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- • Scallions, sesame seeds
