  • 600g flank steak, julienned
  • 1 egg
  • 80g cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Oil for frying
  • 3 tbsp ginger, julienned
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chili
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Scallions, sesame seeds
