  • 4 red onions, finely diced
  • 4 tbsp berbere
  • 1/3 cup niter kibbeh
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 thumb ginger
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp mekelesha
  • Salt, black pepper
