  • 6 medjool dates
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 pieces flatbread, torn
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Salt
