  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 200g walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Oil for frying
  • 500 ml sugar syrup with blossom water
