- • 2 cardamom
- • 2 cups rice
- • 4 pieces flatbread, torn
- • 6 garlic cloves
- • 3 tbsp white vinegar
- • 2 tbsp ghee
- • Dukkah: 50g toasted hazelnut, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp sesame, salt
