  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cardamom
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 pieces flatbread, torn
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Dukkah: 50g toasted hazelnut, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp sesame, salt
