- • 4 squab pigeons
- • 1.5 cups freekeh, rinsed
- • 2 onions, chopped
- • 2 tbsp ghee
- • 1 tsp allspice
- • 1 tsp cinnamon
- • 1 tsp black pepper
- • 500 ml stock
- • Salt
