Ingredients

  • 4 squab pigeons
  • 1.5 cups freekeh, rinsed
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 500 ml stock
  • Salt
