Ingredients

  • 300g medjool dates, pitted
  • 150g raisins
  • 150g walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 150 ml sweet kosher wine
  • 1 tbsp honey
