  • 500g cleaned squid (keep ink sacs) or 2 sachets squid ink
  • 300g arborio rice
  • 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 100ml white wine
  • 1L fish or vegetable stock, warm
  • Olive oil, parsley, lemon
