Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Crisp edges, fudgy centers, dark chocolate puddles and toasted brown butter depth.

Ingredients
- β’ 230g butter, browned and cooled
- β’ 200g brown sugar, 100g white sugar
- β’ 2 eggs + 1 yolk
- β’ 1 tbsp vanilla
- β’ 320g flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt
- β’ 300g dark chocolate, chopped
- β’ Flaky salt to finish
Method

Whisk brown butter with sugars until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Fold in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate.

Rest dough at least 30 min (overnight is better). Scoop into balls.

Bake at 180Β°C 11 minutes until edges set, centers still soft.

Sprinkle with flaky salt while warm.
