  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 2L chicken dashi
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • Napa cabbage
  • Leek
  • Enoki and shiitake
  • Tofu
  • Udon (to finish)
