Ingredients

  • 500g minced beef, 300g minced lamb (or pork)
  • 1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 3 tbsp sparkling water
  • 4 garlic cloves, grated; salt, pepper, sweet paprika
  • Somun or pita to serve
  • 1 raw onion finely chopped, ajvar, kajmak
