- • 500g minced beef, 300g minced lamb (or pork)
- • 1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 3 tbsp sparkling water
- • 4 garlic cloves, grated; salt, pepper, sweet paprika
- • Somun or pita to serve
- • 1 raw onion finely chopped, ajvar, kajmak
