- • 1 cup flour
- • 1 tsp bicarbonate
- • 1 egg
- • 3 tbsp apricot jam
- • 1 tbsp butter
- • 1 tsp vinegar
- • 250 ml milk
- • 1 cup sugar
- • Sauce: 250 ml cream, 100g butter, 1 cup sugar, 100 ml water, 1 tsp vanilla
