  • 1 tsp bicarbonate
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp apricot jam
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Sauce: 250 ml cream, 100g butter, 1 cup sugar, 100 ml water, 1 tsp vanilla
