  • 2 kg gammon
  • 2 L ginger beer
  • 2 onions
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp peppercorns
  • 150g apricot jam
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Cloves
