  • 2 cups basmati
  • 1 cup lentils
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 onions, fried crisp
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp saffron in milk
  • 3 tbsp breyani masala
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • Salt, coriander, mint
