- • Coating: cornflour + flour
- • 1 pepper, 1 onion, pineapple chunks
- • Sauce: 4 tbsp ketchup, 3 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy, 1 tsp cornflour, 100ml water
