  • 2 whole snappers, scaled and scored
  • 3 scotch bonnets
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp maggi/stock powder
  • Salt
