  • 150g shrimp, chopped
  • 30g shiitake, diced
  • Water chestnut, minced
  • 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy, 1 tsp sesame oil, white pepper
  • Yellow round wonton wrappers
  • Fish roe or carrot for garnish
