Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, 1 red pepper, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, pinch chili flakes
  • 800g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 6 eggs
  • Feta, parsley, crusty bread
  • Salt, pepper
