- • 3 cups dried ukwa seeds
- • 500g stockfish and smoked fish
- • 1 tbsp potash (akanwu)
- • 4 tbsp palm oil
- • 2 tbsp crayfish
- • 2 scotch bonnets
- • 1 tsp uziza
- • Salt, seasoning
