  • 1 tsp potash dissolved in water
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch slurry
  • 200g dried fish
  • 100g stockfish
  • 2 tbsp crayfish
  • 2 scotch bonnets
  • 1 tsp ground ehu
  • Stock, salt
