Ingredients
- • 1 cup ground ogbono seeds
- • 500g assorted meat (beef, tripe, cow foot)
- • 200g stockfish
- • 150g smoked fish
- • 4 tbsp palm oil
- • 2 tbsp crayfish
- • 2 scotch bonnets
- • 1 tsp uziza
- • Ugu (fluted pumpkin) leaves
- • Stock, salt, seasoning
