  • 1 cup ground ogbono seeds
  • 500g assorted meat (beef, tripe, cow foot)
  • 200g stockfish
  • 150g smoked fish
  • 4 tbsp palm oil
  • 2 tbsp crayfish
  • 2 scotch bonnets
  • 1 tsp uziza
  • Ugu (fluted pumpkin) leaves
  • Stock, salt, seasoning
