  • 250g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • Pinch salt
  • 300g minced beef
  • 1 potato, diced small
  • 1 carrot, diced small
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp flour + 100 ml stock
  • Egg wash
  • Salt, pepper
