- • 1 goat head, cleaned and cut
- • 1 tsp potash (akanwu) dissolved in 3 tbsp water
- • 4 tbsp palm oil
- • 2 tbsp ground crayfish
- • 1 tsp ehu seed, ground
- • 1 tbsp ground utazi leaf
- • 2 scotch bonnets
- • 1 red onion
- • Salt, seasoning
