  • 1 goat head, cleaned and cut
  • 1 tsp potash (akanwu) dissolved in 3 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp palm oil
  • 2 tbsp ground crayfish
  • 1 tsp ehu seed, ground
  • 1 tbsp ground utazi leaf
  • 2 scotch bonnets
  • 1 red onion
  • Salt, seasoning
