  • 1 kg mixed seafood (catfish, prawns, blue crab)
  • 200g periwinkles
  • 1 tbsp uziza seed, ground
  • 1 tbsp ehu, ground
  • 1 tsp aidan fruit (uyayak)
  • 2 scotch bonnets
  • 3 tbsp palm oil
  • 2 tbsp crayfish
  • Scent leaf, salt, seasoning
