  • 1 tsp bicarb
  • 1 large red onion
  • 6 dried red peppers, soaked
  • 2 fresh scotch bonnets
  • 150 ml palm oil
  • 2 tbsp ground crayfish
  • 1 tsp locust bean
  • Salt, seasoning
