- • Bunch bitterleaf, washed
- • Bunch scent leaf
- • Bunch uziza leaves
- • 500g assorted meat
- • 200g stockfish
- • 150g smoked fish
- • 4 tbsp palm oil
- • 2 tbsp crayfish
- • 2 scotch bonnets
- • Salt, seasoning
