  • Bunch bitterleaf, washed
  • Bunch scent leaf
  • Bunch uziza leaves
  • 500g assorted meat
  • 200g stockfish
  • 150g smoked fish
  • 4 tbsp palm oil
  • 2 tbsp crayfish
  • 2 scotch bonnets
  • Salt, seasoning
