- • 1 whole chicken, jointed
- • 4 large onions, sliced thin
- • 3 tbsp ground sumac (plus extra)
- • 1/2 cup good olive oil
- • 1 tsp allspice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- • 1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
- • 4 large taboon or naan flatbreads
- • Salt, pepper, lemon
