  • 1 kg firm white fish
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • Preserved lemon, olives
