Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce (ketchup)
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Vegemite (optional, for depth)
  • 2 sheets shortcrust pastry
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper
