Ingredients
- • 1 large carp or sea bass (1.5kg), butterflied flat
- • 3 tbsp olive oil
- • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- • 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp paprika
- • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- • 1 lemon, salt, pepper
- • Tomatoes, onions, pickles to serve
Method
