Ingredients

  • 3 cups parboiled short-grain rice, soaked 4 hours
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tsp yeast, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt
  • Warm water as needed
  • Oil for the masa pan
  • Honey, miyan taushe or yaji to serve
