- • 500g river snails, scrubbed
- • 30g dried tangerine peel
- • 3 star anise, 1 cinnamon
- • 6 dried chillies
- • 150g suan sun (sour bamboo shoots)
- • Peanuts, wood ear, fu zhu (tofu skin), pickled long beans, chilli oil, coriander
