Ingredients
- • 1.2kg pork shoulder or lamb, cubed
- • 3 onions, grated
- • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- • 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp paprika
- • 2 tbsp dry white wine or vinegar
- • Salt, lavash, grilled vegetables
Method

Mix meat with grated onion, parsley, pepper, paprika, wine and salt. Marinate 4 hours.
