- • Wood ear and dried lily bud, rehydrated

- • 3 tbsp black vinegar

- • 2 tbsp soy, 1 tbsp dark soy
- • 3 tbsp cornflour slurry
- • 2 eggs, beaten
- • Sesame oil, scallion
