  • 2 L chicken stock
  • 150g pork loin, julienned
  • 150g firm tofu, matchsticks
  • Wood ear and dried lily bud, rehydrated
  • Bamboo shoot, julienned
  • 3 tbsp black vinegar
  • 1 tbsp white pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy, 1 tbsp dark soy
  • 3 tbsp cornflour slurry
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Sesame oil, scallion
