Ingredients

  • 120g wheat starch
  • 30g tapioca starch
  • 180ml boiling water
  • 1 tbsp lard
  • 300g shrimp, half chopped
  • 50g bamboo shoot, minced
  • Sesame oil, white pepper, sugar, salt
  • Cornflour
