- • 120g wheat starch
- • 30g tapioca starch
- • 180ml boiling water
- • 1 tbsp lard
- • 300g shrimp, half chopped
- • 50g bamboo shoot, minced
- • Sesame oil, white pepper, sugar, salt
- • Cornflour
